By downloading or using RemindClock, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RemindClock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RemindClock is an alarm application for iOS 26 and later that allows users to:

  • Create and manage alarms with various recurrence patterns
  • Import custom audio files as alarm sounds
  • Organize alarms using categories
  • Access alarms through widgets and Siri

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have an iOS 26+ compatible device
  • Granting necessary permissions (notifications, Critical Alerts) for proper functionality
  • Any audio files you import into the App
  • Backing up your alarm data if desired

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RemindClock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any custom audio files you import. By importing files, you confirm you have the right to use them.

5. Audio File Requirements

When importing custom alarm sounds:

  • Files must be in CAF, WAV, or AIFF format
  • Files must be under 30 seconds in duration
  • You must have the legal right to use the audio content
  • We are not responsible for copyrighted material you import

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Alarms will trigger under all circumstances
  • The App will be compatible with future iOS versions

While we use Apple's AlarmKit framework to maximize alarm reliability, factors outside our control (device settings, battery optimization, system updates) may affect alarm delivery.

Important: RemindClock should not be used as the sole reminder tool for safety-critical or medical purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

RemindClock and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Missed alarms or notifications
  • Loss of data
  • Any other matter relating to the App

8. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update features, fix bugs, or make improvements.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
